OK, so it looks like I was over zealous with my original attempt in the SEO competition for targeting the keyword/keyphrase used stationary bikes and as a result it seems that Google have sandboxed my attempt that was over at wordpress. So, now to focus on this blog and see if I have any more luck with it.
I think I would be wise to remember the story of the tortoise and the hare, rather than going off at a sprint it may be wiser to pace myself.
